2. Share the questions you couldn’t find in our answer sheet.

Once we verify the details, if we cannot provide you with the updated answers within the next 72 hours, we will process a full refund to your account.

What is the process of refund?

PayPal Payments: If you paid through PayPal, the refund will be processed directly to your PayPal account, and you will receive it instantly.

Credit Card Payments: If you paid via credit card, we will first process the refund through PayPal to your PayPal account. PayPal will then transfer the refund to your credit card, which may take 4-5 working days to appear on your statement.

You can’t request a refund if one of the following happens:

3. After 5 Days: Refund requests will not be accepted after 5 days from the date of purchase.

4. Special-Price Products: Refunds are not available for products purchased at a special discounted price.

5. Changed mind after purchase: If the request is made due to a change of mind after the payment has been processed.

6. Failure to follow instructions: If instructions provided for exam-taking or processing are not followed correctly.
